Special Notes:
We are committed to protecting our property and the safety of our future guests, our neighbors, and the property owners. As such, we:
-Require all guests to complete a guest verification form prior to being able to access the apartment. This guest verification form includes uploading a government ID, taking a selfie, and signing a short-term rental agreement.
-Monitor entrances to the property with external security cameras.
-Monitor the noise level of any property that shares walls with other homes, apartments or condos using a decibel monitor. This device cannot record audio, it only monitors the decibel level inside of the property.
